Returns Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging with all tags/accessories.

Non-returnable Items

  • Final sale items, gift cards, downloadable/digital goods
  • Personalized or made-to-order products
  • Opened hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., undergarments) unless defective
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@schuberthaus.shop with your order number and reason.
  2. We will reply with instructions and (if needed) an RMA.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval. Include proof of purchase.

Return Shipping & Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item). For cross-border returns, duties/taxes paid are typically non-refundable; you may check with your local authority/carrier.

Refunds

After inspection and approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times vary by bank/provider).

Exchanges

To receive an item quickly, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
