Where We Ship
We ship to the United States and most European countries (including EU Member States and the United Kingdom). If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.
Processing Time
Orders typically process within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Peak periods may require additional time.

Shipping Fees
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size, and service level. Promotions (e.g., free shipping) will be indicated on the Site when active.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with tracking details. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Customs, VAT & Duties (EU/UK/International)
Cross-border shipments may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees charged by the carrier or customs authority. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless clearly stated at checkout that taxes/duties are prepaid. For UK/EU deliveries, VAT may be charged at checkout (where configured) or collected on import.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate (including apartment/suite numbers and correct postal codes). We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or extra fees due to incorrect addresses.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. If your parcel is severely delayed or appears lost, contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
Damage on Delivery
If a package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and items and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Split Shipments
To expedite delivery, items in the same order may ship separately with multiple tracking numbers.
Returns & Refused Deliveries
Unclaimed or refused parcels may be returned to us. Upon receipt, we can refund the product price (less shipping and any carrier return fees) if the item is still in new condition. See our Refund Policy for return eligibility.
